Foster Care and Adoption Services Division provides a traditional and therapeutic alternative to institutionalization to children, in the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia, who have been abused and neglected. Programs include
Greenleaf Treatment Foster Care (TFC), which provides foster care and adoption services for children and adolescents with special behavioral and emotional needs throughout the state of Maryland; and
Innovative Family Connections (IFC), providing specialized and traditional foster care and adoption and family reunification services for children and youth throughout the District.
